Hi Techneters

There have been many discussions on fully curing GETEK material
in lamination
presses versus doing a partial cure in the lamination press followed by
a Post Lam Bake
at 375 deg F for 2 hours to complete the cure. The pros for full press
cycles appear to be: fully
cured material doesn't have any problems being depinned, bead routed and
doesn't suffer from
the logistics of split bake operations for full cure. The cons for full
press cycles appear to be the
long cycle required ( ~2.5 - 4 hrs) thus limiting one's capacity.
Please, can anyone advise as to what the majority of the
Industry is doing and why?
