Gentleman,

Which specification provides the delta Tg requirements for IPC-TM-650,
Method 2.4.25 ' Glass Transition Temperature and Cure Factor by DSC'?

Conventional wisdom says a material is not fully cured when the delta Tg
is 4'C for FR4 and 5'C for high Tg materials.  What technical data are
these values based upon?
