I'm not aware of any criteria for solder in the flared area of a terminal. In
my opinion, you should not have to remove the solder. Unnecessary rework is
something which should always be avoided. Take it for what it's worth.

terminal is flared is filled with solder. Is this an acceptable condition ?

The post wavesolder wiring to the terminal is done with SN63 solder.
