Have your friend check with his professional organization - the
International Accountants Association or whatever.  They should have
information on web sites, forums, etc., just like the IPC does for us.
They may not have any forums, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't help him
start one himself if he's interested.

  REGARDING           Forums
I have been discussing this forum with some colleages of mine here, one in
particular is in the International Accounting field. He asked me if perhaps
any of you would know of an equivalent forum in existance for his area of
work, or where he could find out where to find them.
I know he is an Accountant and we all know what their like ..... and the
abuse
we consistantly give them,  but I said I'd make this query on his behalf
anyway.
