Call Enthone-OMI and request a copy of their mannual:

     Reflow and Wave Soldering of ENTEK PLUS-Coated PWB's
          Answers to Key Assembly Issues

In section 1 it describes the shelf/storage life and board handling.  I
know the Entek CU-56
has a shelf life of atleast 6 months and Entek Plus CU-106 has a shelf life
of atleast 12 months.
