We approach X-outs from a quality and business sense standpoint: If
we allow no X-outs, then that is what we will get, however, our
sub-panel price will increase due to the higher scrap rate at the PCB
supplier. Too many X-outs on a sub-panel cause headaches for assy.
even though they can account for the X-outs in programming. The
     trade-offs have produced a 5% X-out typical for sub-panels which
typically contain 100 pieces on them. 2%-7% is the typical working
range. High production volumes would bring this down in to the 1%-3%
     range.
