Hello Technetters!

I am looking for a lab that can do surface resistivity testing of chromate
conversion coatings on aluminum, resistivities on the order of 2.5 milliohms
... I'd prefer a lab within a day's drive of Philadelphia, but will consider
any offers.  Thanks in advance for any help.
