The IST test method has yet to be finalized for
inclusion into the tm-650.  There is an incomplete
draft that is being finalized, but has not been
approved for insertion into the tm-650.

As soon as final adjustments are made, the method
will be recirculated for comments prior to it's inclusion
in the manual.

There is a committee headed by Foster Gray which
has proposed a round robin to correlate IST test results
with thermal stress testing for the identification of inner layer
separations.  There is a strawman out for comment now
and the group will be meeting in DC.  Please contact
Foster or myself for a copy of the strawman if you are
interested.
