        In regards to your question on what is required to do a board here
     is a list of things we look at:

     impedance controlled line/strip/microstrip/dual stripline

     differential pairs/tolerance

     delay lines/tolerance

     EMI considerations

     high speed considerations

     socketed components

     components on one or both sides of board

     will it be palletized

     sources and terminators are identified

        As you can see there are many things to look for, (I know I haven't
     covered them all), and many of them may not apply to your product.
