First of all, thank you for posting available positions on this forum. It is very interesting to see what the market/demand climate is these days. To those who have no interest in this area, Job Postings are just another message to delete; but anymore, browsing Technet is like browsing the Newspaper. I read the trade magazines, particularly PC Fabrication (this is not an endorsement); but Technet provides an almost real-time forum for the industry climate. Technet is not a classified ads section, yet for industry specific opportunities, it is a prime information storehouse.
One word of advice to job posters: If you post an opportunity on Technet (the Internet), information like: relocation, effective dates, salary Range, etc. would certainly be helpful to anyone seriously considering your ad. The scope of your target audience is the Internet (World); therefore, while issues like relocation should not be assumed, the courtesy of including it in the ad may prove to yield more appropriate clients.
I know this is not a new issue about posting ads on Technet, my major concern is that ads that are posted on Technet, include enough information for the reader to make an intelligent somewhat-informed decision.
Buyer beware must be balanced with Internet courtesy, no?
