Hi, Lou.  My experience with RF circuitry is that RF circuits tend to be
significantly less dense than digital or analog circuits.  Hopefully this
allows you to use larger passives.

On 0201s  - Kemet reps have indicated they will begin production of
0201 caps sometime next year.  I do not know anybody that is planning
to use them.  There's very little reward for shrinking from 0402s to 0201s.
