I think you need to be more specific about the type of product
you design.  The inputs I need are different if I am designing
a power supply board, or a high speed digital board.  Also the
mode you receive the data is important.  Many cases your engineer
can load the design constraints into the schematic, which will
be passed to your CAD tool when you read the data in.  If this
is the case, the list of "other" data you need from your engineer
will be much shorter.
