You are probably going to have to have these molded to fit your application
(tooling is fairly inexpensive), but you may find a vendor who has a stock
size that works for you.
I've had good results in the past with dipped style boots from:

There are certainly other vendors for this same style material, and there
are other molding techniques/materials as well (the material/tooling
charges/volume needed will have a large impact on the overall cost
effectiveness of the masking).
The only caveat I would offer is to obtain multiple samples of the
materials (there are several, Hi-temp, etc.), and coat them several times,
before ordering production, as I had trouble with one particular boot
material/conformal coating combination causing the coating to remain very
tacky on the boot, thus leaving them very difficult to handle upon
removal/reinstallation.
