Silkscreening text is not a very precise process. As circuit
board processing goes, it is kind of sloppy. In general, keeping the text
stroke width below 20% of the text height has served me well over the
years. Of course, as you get to the smaller text, a finer stroke width
looks nicer. Also most everybody can screen a 10mil (strokewidth) line.
You can easily go down to .1" high text using this method. Smaller text,
.06 or .07" requires some experimentation so as to avoid text that looks
like squashed bugs. All text fonts (and all CAE systems) are different.
