None of the materials you mention have very good thermal conductivity ...
you'll have to go to a loaded (with alumina or BeO or BN) resin or graphite
or AlN or diamond to get thermal conductivity anywhere near what metals can
provide.  Contact me offline if you need vendor names or phone numbers.
