Thank you for the replies regarding FR-4 Thermal Conductivity !!

I am looking for material spec's or data sheets (specifically, thermal
conductivity) for the following materials:

- G Tech
- BT
- Cyna Ester

Also, if anyone can give me a supplier/manufacturer contact, it would be
greatly appreciated.  We are looking for material with good thermal
characteristics.  Is there any other material out there that anyone can
recommend?
