We need polyimide flexible jumpers for nuclear detector feedthrough
fabrication. The geometric specifications are as following :
number of conductive lines : 36
pitch : 1 mm (distance between the axis of twoo adjacent lines)
width of a line : 0.5 mm
length of the flexible : 300 mm
materials : the conductive lines are inserted between 2 polyimide foils.
contacts : lines are ended by a contact on both sides for soldering.

We are interested by any similar product (but different for one or more of
our parameters) that would avoid the tooling charge.

Does anybody a company that might have such products.

Thank you very much
