Oxidation is the combination of copper (or and element) and oxygen. A
reaction in which the atoms in an copper loses electrons and the valence
of the element is correspondingly increased. Although the poly bag
reduces the oxidation by reducing flow of oxygen in the bag the descicant
does lilttle except absorb moisture. We use an Anti-ox coating at the end
of our clean line to reduce the lose and then package the bare copper
side to Coppertex paper and then the parts are bagged and shipped.
