We obtained "Flexible Circuit Technology" by Joseph Fjelstad", Published by
Silicon Valley Publishers Group, and found it one of the best.
In addition, IPC Video, VT-37 "Flexible Circuits Manufacturing" will be better
for your purpose. (Please note that I am not belong to IPC commercial section,
but this is just my comment based on my experience!)

Tech Netters:

Does anyone know of any good books available regarding the manufacture
of flexible circuits? I have a customer that would like to get into the
flexible circuit business and needs more information on the processes
involved and how they differ from other types of PCB manufacturing.
