I'm not sure the exact technical name or the content of this glue. It is widely
use for shoe repair and wood work. Normally we put the glue on both surface,
leave for 10-15 minutes, then paste together. I think it is rubber base.

The problem is how to remove this glue from the concrete floor. The previous
tenants who occupy this office drop patches of this glue on the floor, some as
thick as one inche. It has been accumulated for sometime and harden.

We tried to use Toluene. But toluene just dissolve it slightly and made the hard
glue become sticky.

Is there any chemicals/solvent that could dissolve this glue fast and effective?

Else I've to contunue with chisel and hammer!
