	I'll leave it to a fabricator to tell the specifics on
	why it's a problem, but what you describe is considered
	bad practice.

	I see potential problems in etching, inspection, and in
	surface finish or assembly depending on the process.

	I've not taken the time to look up exactly where this is
	spelled out, but I'd expect to see it in IPC-D-275.  You've
	posted multiple times so I figured an answer without re-
	search *now* may be better than an answer with research
	*later*.
