Does anyone have a recommendation on software packages that 
facilitate the following analytical laboratory activities?

** Recording lab analysis results 
** Generating add slips and verifying that adds were made
** Scheduling and recording dumps and remakes
** Scheduling and recording filter changes
** SPC charting (X-Bar, Range, CpK, Histogram, etc.)
** Database for storage and retrieval of above

The above activities are those of a typical PCB Fab lab, where 
chemistries are analyzed to determine concentrations of metals and 
various acid or alkaline chemical bath components.
