thanks for your comments. You are definitely right about Mother Nature, but
that`s my concern. How much lead will be "washed" by the solder wave ?
What has to be done in order to get a leadfree composition if Sn63/Pb37 is
used as a plating or lead finish? As I said - no concerns about a mixture of
Sn/Pb/Ag, the (mechanical/thermal) properties ?
By the way, any idea where I can get access to the papers you mentioned ?
