[nothing but chirping crickets so far... re-submit]
Does anyone have a good approximate number (or source) for the exotherm per
unit volume (please don't make this M.E. count polymeric kJs/mole..:) for a
standard FR4 epoxy (B-stage) during reflow? Can this be extracted from a
typical DSC scan? (any help from the analytical lab experts out there?)
Does it occur entirely during the melt-gel profile?
Thanks,
Joe Felts
