     There was recent discussion on "When is Ground not a Ground."  I read 
     an interesting article over the weekend on grounding and highly 
     recommend the article to all wanting to know.  The article was written 
     by Jan C. Hoigaard of Spectrascan, who was previously with NASA, TRW, 
     DoD, etc.  The article is entitled, "When is Ground not a Ground."  
     
     Bottom line, earth ground is better than electrical ground and he has 
     some interesting data to support his claim.  Hope it helps.
