Standard for the industry is 6 and 6 for line width and space most shops
can do 5 and 5 without a problem but 6 and 6 is standard for production
houses.  Prototype vendors can do much tighter some down to 2 and 2 but
this tight has a high risk and fall out.   Your vendor choices must be made
on a cost vs reliability need choice.
