Thanks for the reply on ultrasonic cleaning.

Another question for boards soldered with a rosin based rosin flux. 

Present cleaning solution utlrasonic is 75% isopropyl 25% DI water with a few
drops of Triton X-100 a nonionic surfactant, and a final rinse in alcohol and
water with a dwell time of  30-45 seconds in the ultrasonic.  Is this a good
choice or is there better. 

The rosin (actually resin) based flux is applied during hand solding and
would normally would not need to be completely removed, but operating
temperatures around 200deg C may cause  charring and possibe conductance.
