Does anyone know if there are specs for solder joint strength on gull wing
leaded parts like QFPs? Are there standard test methods for how to measure
joint strength on these types of leads (destructive or non-destructive)? I am
interested mainly in finding the strength on the leads of 20 mil and 25 mil
parts. I am currently doing some "pull tests" and would like to see if there
is industry data out there to compare my results and methods with. Any help
would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Andrea Shurtz
