1) Use a RMA at repair (use flux pen for liquid) and leave it on the
board. Bench cleaning RMA by hand just spreads the activator all over
the board while removing the encapsulating rosin.
2) Alcohol works well for RMA and burn-off no clean, but read note 1.

Hello,
Two more questions for today:
1- Does any one know about a replacement for Genesolv ? I heard about HFEs
($$$) and Axarel 32, but we would ideally need something that can be used is
small containers at people's workbench.
2- How do you guys manage to keep to small components in place in the static
wave soldering bath for the solder-cut-solder operation ? I know you can
preform the components with a lock-in shape, but is there other ways to
prevent components from lifting off the board ?
