     TechNetters:

     What experience is out there in cyberspace concerning no-clean fluxes
     and high voltage power supplies? Do problems occur when voltages
     start to exceed 5KV, 10KV, 15KV? Does anyone have any long term
     experience or even data they would share?

     I am putting these power supplies in flournert and am also getting
     some clouding due to residues. Any experience in this area that could
     be shared. Has anyone seen any degradation long term of products
     using this process?

     Experimenting with B-24 boards it was found that boards exposed to
     no-clean flux had a lower voltage breakdown level than normally
     processed boards (cleaned), or bare boards. Should this be expected?
     My thought is no it should not be happening. Would appreciate some
     help from you folks.

     I would appreciate any and all information provided.

     Ron H.
