We also need info on this. Our facility is handling variety of boards and 
many a times, we come across same fab being used in no. of assemblies and 
that creates confusions on floor. We need info on real good method of 
labeling the bare boards at start of process. The system should be able to 
handle high variety, various sizes and low quantities and label can bear 
mixed process -smt and throughhole.

I would like to chat about the methods used to identify PC boards (as well
as electronic components) and specifically about the use of
printer/applicators which are used to print and automatically apply labels
