Hi All;
Interpretation Question;
If I encounter Resin Recession, from 2 oz power planes in Zone B, on a
thermally stressed coupon, what criteria would be applied?
(I only have seen this in one case after 6x thermal stressing (ie 6 dips for 10
sec's), so it meets 6012 now, but it begs the question anyway.)
data:
hole size: 0.043"drill
Signal land Size: 0.053"
Power Plane wt: 2oz
Power Plane Clearance diameter 0.086"
location of recession: at the internal edge of the 0.086 clearance opening.
Thanks
