IPC-D-275, Sept. 1991 is the current revision. 

You can review all IPC specs on our web site (www.ipc.org). Click on 
"Bookstore," which will give you the choice to review specs in 
development (Status of Standardization) and published standards, 
guidelines, manuals, technical reports, and videos.
