could someone let me know of any possible web site from where the
proceedings/papers of PCB DESIGN CONFERENCE WEST (Mar' 17 to 21st at
Santa Clara Convention Center), if there is one.

www.pcdcon.com has only information on PCB DESIGN CONFERENCE EAST.
