Your best bet is most likely to go with a good conductive epoxy that has
thermal properties which can withstand the demands you have. Here at
Vines we have had excellent results using conductive epoxy, although we
have not pushed the end environment quite as harsh as you are requiring.

Hi all,

Does any one have any suggestions for a solder type to attach Elkonite
to aluminum? My primary concern is the CTE differences; this is for an
assembly that sees temps from -65C to almost 200C ... thanks for any
thoughts!
