Hi,

We are considering to use conformal coating in small scale production.
We are completely novices with this method.

Is there in cyberspace someone that could give me a piece of advice  for
questions like :
     1) Equipment ?/Manufacturer/fax number

     2)Method: Dipping/Spraying/?

     3)Safety precautions ?

     4)Method of shielding certain components like pin headers etc.

     5)Type of lacquer/Manufacturer/fax number

     6) Method of curing of lacquer UV-light ? etc.

     7) Overall aspects to be noticed ?
