We have recently expanded our capacity for PTH Boards from 10000sq.mtrs
per anum to 60000 sq mtrs per anum. As a result we now have no real use
for the earlier Plating Lines, the details of which are given in brief
as under:

1. Model: COMBILINE   Make: OMIG spa, Como, Italy    Vintage: 1987

Description: Microprocessor controlled with programming console and
Monitor.
	     Single Transporter
	     21 stations: Can be used for Low Build Electroless and
Electrolytic both in
	     batches.

Chemical Copper: 2 Baths of 270 ltrs each: 1200mmx 250mm x 1000mm
Electrolytic Cu: 2 baths  650ltrs each   : 1200mmx 1200mmx 1000mm ; 2
Rectifiers 300A
Tin-lead       : 1 bath   650 ltrs	 : 1200mmx 600mmx  1000mm ; 1
Rectifier  300A
Flight bars    : 8 nos	
Jigs (SS)      : 108 nos


2. Model   : Linea Galvani   Make: OMIG spa, Como, Italy    Vintage
:1989

Description:
	     Pattern Plating Line with Computerised Automated Controls
	     One Transporter. One PC with full instrument control panels.
	     13 stations. Two Filters.
Plating window :900 x 750 mm
Galvanic Cu    : 4 baths. 1200x450x1000mm each   8 Rectifiers 300A(one
for each side)
Tin-Lead       : 1 bath   1200x600x1000mm each   2 Rectifiers 300A
Flight Bars    : 9
Jigs(plastisol coated) : 68 nos
