We use carbon ink on areas of our PWBs.  We have a question about coverage. 
 What is a reasonable expectation for coverage?  100%, 95%, all but  the 
very edges of a pad?

We are seeing on touch pads slivers on the edges that are not covered with 
carbon ink.  Is this a problem?  If it is a problem, how can our supplier 
fix the process?
