Greetings,
Three questions, 1) Does anyone know of a source for GHN laminate,
Mil-P-13949/5 material?
2) Has anyone experienced delamination problems with Mil-P-13949/4
laminate in high voltage applications?
3) Will changing from either of the two materials mentioned to a
polyimide resin system, i.e. Mil-P-13949/10, mean major changes in secondary
processes, including cleaning, wave soldering, conformal coating, potting &
encapsulation??
Many thanks for all replies!
