Hope we don't get to the point where someone will have to filter the

Just for the hell of it explain this to me.  I read this as
a chain letter.   Chain letters are highly illegal.  Now
I ain't preachin' or nuttin', cuz the freekin gov'nment
get too much of my dollars anyway,  but I am strongly
against a professionally relied apon informatioin
format like TECHNET being used or abused.
