Take a look at the following reference: "Parametric Study on the
Solderability of Etched PWB Copper", F. Hosking, SMI Proceedings 1996,
page 671. The paper (and its references) contains quite a bit of info
on surface tension and wetting of thin lines that may be of use to

energy and flow characteristics between 90/10, 85/15, and 63/37 plated
SnPb?
