Hi Technetters!
We are experiencing problems with the handling of moisture sensitive components. We are looking at a way to "dry package" them in order to increase there shelf life. A vacuum sealer machine with a Nitrogen flush system will soon be bought and I was wondering what type of Moisture Barrier Bag we should use. According to IPC-SM-786, the bags should meet MIL-STD-81705B, type I but we feel that MIL-STD-81705C, Type I should do the work (for half of the price!)
Is anyone familiar with this?
Thank you!
