Ladies & Gentlemen:

I am currently setting-up a lab in good old Europe for inspecting and 
testing thin copper-clad linear laminates. My problem is that I haven't 
been able to  find a vendor for arc resistance equipment, neither in 
Europe nor in the US. Beckman Instruments, mentioned in IPC-TM-650 2.5.2, 
couldn't be reached. 

Who can help?
