  Lucy..
        The UV adhesive that I was referring to, is used primarily for
  bonding jumpers to PWB's before conformal coating and after all wave
  soldering. For wire tacking, a cure time of 4 to 8 seconds is required
  utilizing a UV source with approx .17 watts/cm sq. intensity. I don't 
  have any info on shear strength, but I would assume that Dymax would
  help you with any tech info that you require for their Multi-Cure 911 
  product. Hope this helps.
