We are looking for some kind of guidelines/ specification for verifying that 
panel design is acceptable.                                      We are 
getting panelised boards of various kind and designs from others and many a 
times , we find that some components closer to the edges are breaking 
randomly. Most of the boards are 2 layers and double sided .

Is there IPC spec or design guidelines which can be used to verify validity 
of design \land-pattern layout? please advise on net or directly.email.
