Many suppliers of solder mask do compatibility testing with the
most popular fluxes. We normally conduct this testing every year
to keep the information current.

Contact your current solder mask supplier to see if they can help
you with compatibility issues.

If you are unable to get this information, give me a call, I would be
happy to help you.

Hello Technet...I have a question regarding this discussion:

How can I know if a soldermask is compatible with a flux ? Do the
suppliers
of mask / flux have this information ? Or we probably need to do
some
tests...What kind of test ?

Thank you in advance
