Hello all,
We have been looking for a test method that outlines adhesion testing
of surface mount components on PCBs. In general, we need to be able to
reference an industry specification, and in particular, we need the acceptable
hold time from reflow to testing.
In the past, we have done this type of testing on thick film hybrids
and have a referenced standard. Now it would be good to have an industry
referenced standard for PCBs.
Does anybody know where I could look to find this method? Thanks in
advance for any input.
