     Elizabeth:
     What is your conveyor speed and conveyor angle?  What type of machine 
     do you have?  Surface tension/peel off upon exit from the wave is 
     usually critical.  Is your flux and mask compatible?  What is the 
     purity level of your solder?  Have you tried changing the board 
     orientation as it goes through the wave?
     
     With no-clean flux conveyor speeds could reach six feet per minute.  
     Normal conveyor angle is usually around seven degrees.  The above 
     questions are some things you may want to check as far as your setups 
     and process.
