HELP!
I have a requirement on a PWB for Gold over Silver plating over copper clad glass epoxy board.  
Several mfg have told me No due to migration problems and EPA requirements.  Would someone 
provide provide additional information on this.  I would like to show customer why and propose 
gold over nickel.  Many thanks.
