You might consider a thermoplastic (as opposed to thermosetting) adhesive film, 
which will soften at higher temperatures. People to talk to include Alpha 
Metals (Staystik), Diemat and AI Technology. Sorry, I don't have contact 
names/numbers to hand, but all are based in the USA, the first and last in New 
Jersey.
